Hey there!
As we head into putting on your stretchy pants and all things thankful, I wanted to take a moment to update you on the happenings around DFW, and what’s going on with me professionally and personally!
- On a personal front, the month of October is always our busiest. We started the month in Houston for my nephews birthday party. Then we made a quick trip up to Washington and Idaho to chase fall weather. We had a wonderful time! Next, my youngest son turned four and we celebrated with a costume, Halloween party. We had a blast celebrating Cade! My husband and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary with a trip to Ireland. Wow, what a beautiful country. The Cliffs of Moher were breathtaking. Lastly, we celebrated Halloween as the Ninja Turtles. We’ve got candy for days and the boys had such a great time trick or treating!
- On a professional front, I had one closing this month for sellers who moved to Florida. I was able to connect them with an amazing Realtor there and they are well on their way of purchasing a new home. I had a listing hit the market in Waxahachie and we were under contract in less than a week! I had a new listing hit the market in Seagoville. It’s a beautiful 2024 new construction home that is over 3,000 sq ft and under $400K! Lastly, I had two buyers go under contract to build their dream homes. They are both building from the ground up and get to select all of their finishes. It’s such a fun process!
