Hey there!

Fall, is that you?? Ah, September, where pumpkin spice takes over our lives before we are ready, and we start pretending it’s fall—even though it’s still 90 degrees outside. Grab your cozy sweater (haha who am I kidding, I live in Texas!) and let’s dive into what’s happening this month!

• This month is all about getting back into the swing of things – My oldest started Kindergarten! I can’t believe we are already here. He seems to be enjoying school so far, although it has been an adjustment. Both boys started baseball. Chris and I had a little getaway to Breckenridge, CO for his cousin’s wedding reception. We had a great time outdoors and enjoyed the break from the Texas heat. Lastly, we went on a quick trip to visit some friends who live in Indianapolis. All of the kids had a great time playing together.
• On a professional front, I had three closings in August. Two sellers and one special investor who bought their first investment property. That investor was my husband and I! We are working on building generational wealth for our family and it’s already leased out to a lovely family too. I also had two lease listings go live in Red Oak and one listing in Garrett (Ennis area). See more below! Rates have been dropping and more buyers are entering the market. I’m currently under contract for four buyers who are taking advantage of the current market.
