Typical question when you see your Realtor at the grocery store right?! Sometimes I wonder, do they really care or just don’t know what else to talk to me about? Ha ha.

More Homes Hitting the Market (But Will They Stick Around?)
​Spring usually brings more listings, but well-priced homes are still moving quickly, especially in Red Oak, Ennis, and Palmer. Buyers are out, and competition is picking up!

Buyers Are Getting Strategic
​Interest rates are still a factor, but buyers aren’t sitting on the sidelines anymore. They’re making moves but only on homes that are priced right and show well.

Sellers, It’s Your Time! But Pricing is Key
It’s no longer a “list it and hope for the best” kind of market. Homes that are dialed-in- meaning staged, priced correctly, and marketed well are still commanding strong offers. Overpriced or outdated listings? They’re sitting while the competition sells.
