Here’s the deal. Those online sites are great for scrolling homes in your PJs, but when it comes to pricing your house? Not the best idea if I’m honest. Whoo, I could tell you some stories!

We need to talk about the math. You know, one day it says your home is worth $500K one day, $480K the next, and then…poof!! $520K by the weekend! Make it make sense.

Here’s the truth..those online AI Algorithms have never been inside your house. It doesn’t know about your gorgeous kitchen remodel, the perfect backyard that backs up to a nature preserve, or (on the flip side) that questionable DIY project from 2012. Shoot, was it really that long ago? I get it. The PTSD from DIY jobs can linger friend.

It’s like trusting WebMD to diagnose that weird knee pain. You could, but it’s probably not the best idea.

I’m just gonna be honest. It’s purely an algorithm guessing based on public records, which, let’s be honest, are sometimes outdated or straight-up wrong!

Would you trust Google Maps if it sent you straight into a lake? Because honestly, that’s the energy we’re talking about here.
